A remarkable feature of this model range is the fact that foam and roller body are glued together over their entire surface in a special procedure. The positive-locking connection of FIA roller body and FIA roller bearing in combination with the FIA inner tube prevents the intrusion of liquid into the inside of the roller. The design of roller bearing and grip socket ensures the flawless operation with excellent running properties over the entire service life of the paint roller. The core piece of this design is the axial position securing device developed by FIA. FIA bonding bushes are casted from special fatigue-proof plastic.

The range of models with 41 mm diameter is available in lengths of 18, 22 and 25 cm. Foam rollers are available for 6 mm and 8 mm frames. The outside diameter is 74 mm. Rounded versions facilitate seamless lacquering.
