We always understand quality as entirety. Application-related knowledge from our paint and test laboratory is applied during development of new products, as well as, knowledge about material and process technology, and assembling and joining technology.
Quality in administration as well as with the product go hand in hand at FIA. We understand quality also as reliability along the complete order processing, from receipt of order to supplying our customers.
Quality in series production
Routine quality standards of the successful products, of which tens of millions are supplied throughout the world, make sure of satisfied customers. For instance: In production we attempt to counteract wear of well-worn tools by permanent maintenance.
