The design is ingeniously simple and has already been copied many times. For this reason the unbeatable quality characteristics of the FIA foam rollers come to the fore even more clearly. Once again, FIA is setting the standard for quality and manufacturing technology.

Using a worldwide unique manufacturing technology, special foams, some of which are manufactured according to exclusive recipes, are contour cut at the FIA plant. Foam and FIA roller body made from solvent-resistant plastic are glued together over their entire surface. For this requirement even the glue has been individually developed in cooperation with glue technology specialists and the design of the side bearing and the grip socket ensures the flawless operation with excellent running properties over the entire service life of the paint roller. FIA grip sockets are casted from special fatigue-proof plastic.

The range of models with a core diameter of 15 mm is available in roller lengths of 5, 7, 11/12 and 16/17 cm, suitable for FIA frames with a wire diameter of 6 mm. The outside diameter is 35 mm. FIA foam rollers are available as straight, convex or concave rounded versions (filed for patent). Seamless lacquering is facilitated by rounded versions. The concave rounded small rollers increase productivity by 20% and convince by their unbeatable application results. They are only available from FIA.
