The covers of the paint rollers are spirally wound onto the roller body. A first-class bonding between the cover of the paint roller and the roller body is created by a thermobonding process optimised by FIA.
An elaborate manufacturing process provides a secure connection between FIA side bearing and FIA roller body. The design of the side bearing and the grip socket ensures the flawless operation with excellent running properties over the entire service life of the paint roller. FIA grip sockets are casted from a special fatigue-proof plastic.
The range of models with a core diameter of 17mm is available in roller
lengths of 6, 10 and 15cm, suitable for FIA frames with a wire diameter
of 6 mm. All FIA small rollers are able to fill in corners with paint
completely.
A large range of paint roller covers (made from polyamide, microfibre, polyester, polyacrylics and natural materials) make sure that all customer and application-specific requirements can be optimally met.
