When developing this range of models the FIA engineers carefully combined the elements of the older technology for sewn rollers - well-proven for many years - with the advantages of the newer technology for thermobonded rollers. The result is setting benchmarks.

A first-class bonding between the cover of the paint roller and the roller body is created by a thermobonding process optimised by FIA. The positive-locking connection of FIA roller body and FIA roller bearing in combination with the FIA inner tube prevents the intrusion of liquid into the inside of the roller. The design of the roller bearing and the grip sockets ensures flawless operation with excellent running properties over the entire service life of the paint roller. The core piece of this design is the axial position securing device developed by FIA. FIA grip sockets are moulded from a special fatigue-proof plastic.

The range of models with core diameters of 41, 48 and 54 mm are available in lengths of 15, 18, 23 and 25 cm. The paint rollers are available for 6 mm and 8 mm frames.
