The interaction of FIA roller body, roller cover and FIA roller bearing in combination with the inner tube prevents the intrusion of liquid into the inside of the roller providing at the same time for the reliable fixing of roller covers. The design ensures the flawless operation with excellent running properties over the entire service life of the paint roller. The core piece of this design is the axial position securing device developed by FIA. FIA grip sockets are moulded from special fatigue-proof plastic.

Padded large rollers with 44mm diameter FIA roller bodies are available in lengths of 20, 24 and 27cm. The FIA roller padding for facades is moulded with a thickness of 4, 8 or 12mm onto the roller body. It is highly elastic, dimensionally stable, non-aging, solvent-resistant, liquid repellant and insensitive against mechanical action. All rollers are able to fill in corners with paint completely.

A large range of paint roller covers (made from polyamide, microfibre, polyester, polyacrylics and natural materials) make sure that all customer and application-specific requirements can be optimally met.
