The covers of the paint rollers are spirally wound onto the roller body. A first-class bonding between the cover of the paint roller and the roller body is created by a thermobonding process optimised by FIA.

The roller bodies with an inside diameter of 1,5“ and 1,75", or 38 mm and 45 mm respectively, are manufactured in lengths of 6“, 7“, 9“ and 10“ or 15, 18, 23 and 25 cm respectively.

A large range of different paint roller covers (made from polyamide, microfibre, polyester, polyacrylics, natural materials and foam) make sure that all customer and application-specific requirements can be optimally met.

On request, the textile structure of the polyester fibres of cage rollers with polyester cover is improved and bevelled on the sides using a special procedure on our Jackson Finishing system.
